Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping usually takes up to 5 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In a situation in which this is the case customers(s) will be notified and informed of the new timeline via email or telephone. 

Blaque Elements Fitness Wear is not reliable for incorrect shipping due to customer error. Please be sure to verify your shipping address before checking out. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 5-10 days of receiving your shipping information email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
